About Kim Nistler
One day as my husband was watching me scroll through the Shorewest app as I so often did, he said, “I could see you in real estate.” I am fascinated by houses. I like the different individual styles that represent different periods of history, and how they collectively make up our favorite neighborhoods. This is what brought me to the profession.
I have lived in the Milwaukee area since 1996, first as a graduate student, then as a Human Resources professional for the City of Milwaukee. Later, I had the opportunity to run the business side of my husband’s law firm while raising our daughter. Since receiving my Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management in 1999, all of my professional experiences have prepared me to be a Realtor®. I am organized, detail oriented, an active listener, strong communicator and a goal-oriented problem solver. I will help you achieve your real estate goals.
For the past 20 years, I’ve owned a home where Wauwatosa and Milwaukee meet near the exciting and eclectic North Avenue shops and restaurants. I know the area very well. Whether you are looking for a charming Cape Cod in Cooper Park, a beautiful Colonial in Enderis Park, the unique Arts & Crafts of East Tosa or the delightful bungalow of Washington Heights or anywhere in southeast Wisconsin, I am your person!
My husband, Brent, and I live in East Tosa with our daughter, Claire; our dog, Morty; and our cat, Whiskers. I am the 2021-2022 president of the Wauwatosa East High School PTA and a member of the Tosa East Town Neighborhood Association and IMPACT 100. In my spare time, I enjoy reading mysteries, hiking and traveling.
I look forward to working with you!
